Taco Bell Canada: Menu, Nutrition, Differences
Taco Bell Canada explained: 170+ restaurants in eight provinces, the Canada-only items (Fries Supreme, Luxe Boxes), the official Canadian nutrition and allergen guide — and why no Canadian price list exists.
Taco Bell Canada runs more than 170 restaurants across eight provinces, and its official site (tacobell.ca) publishes the Canadian menu with per-item calories plus a full official nutrition and allergen guide — but no national price list: Canadian prices are set per restaurant, in Canadian dollars. This page maps what is the same as the US menu, what is Canada-only (Fries Supreme is the famous one), and where the official Canadian data lives. US prices are never presented here as Canadian prices.
Taco Bell in Canada
Taco Bell has operated in Canada since 1979. Its own franchise page counts over 170 Canadian units in eight provinces — and one notable absence: the chain exited Quebec in January 2022, so there are no Quebec locations. The official Canadian site is tacobell.ca, published in English and French, with store pages under locations.tacobell.ca.
What is different from the US menu
The core overlaps — Doritos Locos Tacos, the Chalupa Supreme, the Cantina Chicken line and the Crunchwrap Supreme all appear on the Canadian menu. Around that core, Canada runs its own builds:
Fries Supreme — seasoned fries loaded with toppings, named by tacobell.ca itself as a Canada specialty, and the item Canadians most often cite as theirs. Luxe Boxes — Canada's boxed meals run under Classic and Discovery builds. A Veggie Bowl and a Crispy Chicken Taco/Burrito line round out the local structure, and Canada gets its own limited-time launches (the Baja Midnight flavour launch is a recent example) that never appear on the US menu. The honest summary: same brand, same core, different edges — and different formulations, which is why Canadian nutrition data is published separately, below.
Canadian nutrition and allergens — the official data
Canada is one of the few markets where the official data is genuinely complete. Every item page on tacobell.ca carries its calorie count, and Taco Bell Canada publishes a full Nutrition Guide and Food Allergy & Sensitivity reference — hosted for Taco Bell Canada on Nutritionix and stated to be based on current Canada formulations. Two cautions follow from that. First, Canadian formulations differ from US ones, so the US panels and the allergen matrix on this site describe the US menu and must not be read across to a Canadian order. Second, for an allergy, the Canadian guide — not any third-party table, including ours — is the document to check.
Prices in Canada
There is no published national price list for Taco Bell Canada. Menu pages on tacobell.ca show items and calories without prices; prices appear inside the store-specific ordering flow, in Canadian dollars, and vary by restaurant and province. This page therefore publishes no Canadian price table — inventing one would help no one. Our menu & prices hub tracks the US menu's sampled prices and is useful only as a rough sense of the range; US prices are not Canadian prices, in either currency or level.
How this coverage grows
This hub is the first of the country guides. The method is the one this whole site runs on: a country's data comes from that country's official sources or it is published as absent. Where Taco Bell Canada publishes data — menu, calories, nutrition, allergens — this page links to it directly; where it does not — national prices — the gap is stated rather than filled.
About this guide's data
Every figure in this guide comes from one dataset: sampled Taco Bell prices and published nutrition, compiled and verified in October 2026 (prices are re-checked monthly, and every data page carries its verification stamp). Rankings state their rule in the open and are computed from those rows — never voted on, never estimated. Where a value is missing it is shown as missing, and each named item links to its own page, where the full label, allergen record and sampled price range can be checked. Prices vary by location; nutrition values are the published figures for the standard build.
Frequently asked questions
How many Taco Bell locations are there in Canada?
Over 170 restaurants across eight provinces, per Taco Bell Canada's own franchise page. There are no locations in Quebec — the chain exited the province in January 2022.
Is the Taco Bell Canada menu the same as the US menu?
The core is shared (Doritos Locos Tacos, Chalupa Supreme, Cantina Chicken, Crunchwrap Supreme), but Canada runs its own items — Fries Supreme, its Luxe Box builds, a Veggie Bowl — and its own limited-time launches, and Canadian formulations have their own published nutrition data.
Where is the official Taco Bell Canada nutrition and allergen information?
On tacobell.ca, where item pages carry calorie counts, and in Taco Bell Canada's full Nutrition Guide hosted on Nutritionix, which also carries the Food Allergy & Sensitivity reference. Both are based on Canada formulations — US nutrition data does not transfer.
Why are there no Canadian prices on this page?
Because Taco Bell Canada publishes no national price list: prices are set per restaurant in Canadian dollars and appear in the store ordering flow. Rather than substitute US prices, this page states the gap.
Does Taco Bell Canada have a French website?
Yes — tacobell.ca is published in English and French, including French store pages on its locator subdomain.
